Long Term Requirements:
- Sign a month-to-month one year lease with Linger Lodge.
- A $250.00 Security Deposit, refunded at end of lease less $25.00 processing fee and the lot is maintained and determined to be in good condition.
- Lessee is responsible for electricity through Peace River Electric.
